Join Jaleaa, our dedicated Pilates instructor, for transformative sessions on the mat. These practices are designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and restore balance through mindful, precise movement.
As a retired nurse and holistic healer, she understands both sides of healing, the clinical and the whole-body approach. Her Pilates practice is rooted in helping clients reach wholeness: mind, body, and spirit. Honoring your body through movement is a daily practice for me, and I believe when you move with intention, you are honoring yourself.
She teaches Pilates to help my clients come back home to themselves.
