Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to support you with flexibility and clarity.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled class or service are eligible for a full refund. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking via the app.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

For classes that are fully booked, you’re welcome to join the waitlist—if a spot opens up, you’ll be notified and prompted to confirm your place.
